The IDP Business and Human Rights includes up to twenty doctoral researchers selected through a competitive process and seven supervisory professors from the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) and the University of Bayreuth. In its second cohort, the IDP also includes one post-doc and maintains close ties with the alumni who graduated from the first cohort (2021-2025).
The IDP is guided by an International Advisory Board consisting of internationally recognised scholars in business and human rights.
