Our doctoral researchers from the International Doctorate Programme on Business and Human Rights were at the 12th UN Forum on Business & Human Rights in Geneva! This year marks the 75th year of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights – a milestone document.
The forum provided a unique opportunity to amplify the voices of indigenous communities and initiatives from the global south. Discussions delved into themes, including value chain, just transition, the role and challenges faced by small & medium companies, remedies, investors and ESG, rights of people with disabilities, and the role of youth in promoting the business and human rights agenda
